Selecting a product

The customer has the option to choose and order products from the web shop. The customer can view the selected product in more details by clicking on it. If you intend to purchase the product, by clicking on the “Add to cart” button, you put the desired product into a virtual cart. By clicking on the Cart icon, you can find the products placed in the cart during the shopping, as well as the total amount of the invoice. Here, you can check if your order is correct. The shopping cart automatically calculates the total amount of your order. The selling price of products can be found in USD on the English website (www.janosyoyoshop.com) and in HUF on the Hungarian website (www.janoyoyoshop.hu).

Sending orders

If you consider the quantity of products placed in the cart appropriate, you checked the total amount of the invoice and you want to purchase them, you can simply click on the “Checkout” button. Then you can choose if you want to enter as a registered or as a new customer, or you want to shop without registration.

If you have previously purchased something in our web shop, please enter your e-mail address and password you had provided during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, you can enter the data necessary for the purchase, which will be stored by the system and on the occasion of your next shopping, you only have to sign in. In the case of shopping without registration, please enter your billing and shipping address.

The next step is to select your preferred method of payment (bank transfer, credit card payment). If you agree with the content of the order, please click on the “Place order” button for sending your order. You can find more information about the shipping costs in the “Shipping” menu.


In our web shop, gross prices are indicated and they include VAT. If any errors or deficiencies occur in our web shop in the case of products or prices, we reserve the right to correction. In such a case, we immediately inform the buyer about the new data after the discovery and correction of the error. The customer then once more can confirm the order or there is a possibility that either party may withdraw from the contract.

Processing of orders

Orders are processed on the first working day following the order within 24 hours. If this is not possible, the customer shall be notified by e-mail.

The possibility of correcting data entry errors

Correcting data entry errors is provided before clicking the “Place Order” button.


A receipt will be sent about all the orders. This means that, after sending your order, you will receive an automated e-mail about the receipt of your order.

Payment Terms

In our web shop, you can pay by bank transfer, by credit card and, and within Hungary, cash on delivery as well. In the latter case, the full purchase price plus the cost of the cash on delivery (290 HUF) have to be paid in cash to the delivery-man of the consignment.


All orders outside of Hungary are operated by FedEx Express. The delivery times and costs of the consignment are described in the “Shipping” menu and during the checkout process, and it is also included in the confirmation e-mail. Costs incurred during the storing of the packets not picked shall be borne by the customer.

Withdrawal from delivery

If the web shop does not fulfil its commitment because the product specified in the contract is not available or the web shop cannot provide the ordered service, the web shop is required to notify the customer. The web shop does not conclude any contracts with minors. The customer, with the acceptance of the commercial terms declares the age of majority.

Return of goods

According to the “General terms and conditions” menu, goods shall be returned to the postal address of Janos YoYo Shop (János Előd Karancz sole proprietor’s web shop): Damjanich út 2. 2096 Üröm,  HUNGARY

Right of withdrawal

The right, method and consequences of the withdrawal from the purchase in the case of shopping via the Internet

The customer may cancel the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal may be exercised from the date of receipt of the goods.

In the case of written cancellation, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal within 8 working days.

In the case of written cancellation, it should be considered valid within the time limit, if the consumer sends their statement before the deadline.

The company must refund the amount paid by the consumer without delay, but within 30 days after the withdrawal at the latest.

The consumer shall bear all the costs related to the return of the product because of the exercising of the right of withdrawal. In addition to this, the consumer shall not be charged with other costs. However, the company may demand compensation for the damages resulting from improper use of the product.

Modifying or cancelling an order

According to the Act of 2001 CVIII, upon the giving of an order, the software of the selling web shop shall immediately notify the buyer about the fact of receiving the order. This notice does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It only indicates for the buyer that your ordering demand was registered by our system and it was forwarded to the competent seller colleague.

If the buyer does not receive it within 72 hours, the buyer’s bid validity period shall terminate.

The seller gives the opportunity to the buyer for withdrawing of their order until the starting of the completion of the order electronically. Upon the starting of the completion of the order, the buyer shall be notified by e-mail and/or phone about the expected delivery time of the completion and about the fact of the completion, then, it is only possible to withdraw your order in person or one of the ways specified in the Contact info of our web shop.

Subsequent amendments to the order can only be made in writing, by e-mail!
